In our workshop, you will learn various self-management methods and tools that will support you in your day-to-day professional life, including:

Bring along your own topics and questions—we encourage active participation. We have been practicing holacracy for years and are well-versed in Kanban, Scrum, and other frameworks and methods. We look forward to sharing our experience with you—and learning from you as well. To ensure the best learning experience, we form groups based on experience level, so beginners can ask all their questions freely while advanced participants can dive deeper and continue to grow.
