Innovation at its best: In this year’s TOP 100 Innovation Ranking, rising systems AG achieved second place in its company size category. On June 28, the award was presented for the fourth time by renowned science journalist Ranga Yogeshwar at the German SME Summit in Weimar. Our CEO Sebastian attended the award ceremony together with his wife and our colleague Jeanne.
Sebastian: “Over the past years, we have consistently used the feedback from the scientific advisory board to learn how to further improve our innovation management. Step by step, we have moved forward. Last year, we ranked among the top ten – this year, we achieved an excellent second place. And we will keep going, because there is always room to improve.”
Jeanne: “We owe this award to our strong team spirit. It’s inspiring to see how working together in a holacratic organization pays off – without fear of conflict, but united by a shared goal: providing our customers with ever better services and creating products with real added value.”
