For building and hazard management, the Facility Management (FM) Technical Team relies on WinGuard, the building management system implemented by rising systems.
Around 800 people are employed at the Iserlohn site, working across a heterogeneous building landscape that includes administrative offices, production facilities, warehouses, a logistics center, and a training facility. Using the WinGuard building management system, the FM team maintains a comprehensive overview. The system enables team members to access building data remotely and maps the entire fire safety management in line with very high security standards.
