There are awards that you gladly accept.
And there are awards that make you pause for a moment.
The evaluation from 2bgood clearly belongs to the second category for us.
With a score of 83.59% as a Sustainable Company and 91.91% as a Good Employer 2026 we belong to the Top 10 companies in Düsseldorf and to the Top 50 companies in Germany among the organizations listed by 2bgood.
That sounds like numbers, rankings, and percentages.
However, for us, there is something else behind it.
Sustainability does not start with the label.
When you are a digitalization company, you are often asked:
What does software actually have to do with sustainability?
Our answer to that is quite clear: a lot.
Digital processes determine how,
• how efficiently companies work,
• how transparently decisions are made,
• how resources are utilized.
• and how sustainable organizations remain.
Sustainability therefore means for us not only ecological responsibility but also:
• economically sensible actions
• building long-term customer relationships
• implementing projects in a way that they are sustainable
We are pleased that this approach is visible in the 2bgood score – especially because it is based on a structured evaluation.

A good employer is not created on paper
The second part of the award – Good Employer 2026 (91.91%) – is almost even more personal for us.
Because corporate culture cannot simply be decreed.
It develops in everyday life. In projects. In meetings. In stressful phases just as much as in calm ones.
At rising systems AG, people work with very different backgrounds, roles, and life models. What connects us is the commitment to design things meaningfully – both technically and humanly.
This includes for us:
- Trust instead of control
- Personal responsibility instead of rigid guidelines
- Flexibility where it makes sense
- Openness to further development
That this framework is apparently perceived positively not only internally but also externally is a strong confirmation.
Thinking sustainably digital – what that concretely means
In the interview with 2bgood, we talked about how we think about sustainability and digitalization together – not as a strategy paper, but as daily practice.
It’s about questions like:
• How do we make decisions that are sustainable in the long term?
• How do we shape growth without losing our values?
• How do we remain economically successful while being responsible?

Not a goal, but a path
The award is not an endpoint for us.
Rather, it’s a snapshot – and an incentive.
Because sustainability and good work are not static.
They must be continually questioned, adjusted, and further developed.
We are pleased about the recognition.
And we look forward to continuing this path –
digitally, sustainably, and together.
