We are very pleased to announce that Luiz Mendonca has officially taken on the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Earlier this year, the Leadership Team unanimously recommended appointing him to this role. The Supervisory Board followed this recommendation and approved his appointment as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Last week, the appointment was officially signed together with our CEO Sebastian Witzmann and Supervisory Board member Eberhard Riße. With today’s registration in the German Commercial Register (Handelsregister), this step has now been formally completed from both a legal and organizational perspective.
