Education and training
Among other things, we train all at rising systems in agile methods (for example Scrum – also for scaled projects, Holacracy, Kanban), in User Experience (UX) and current technologies (such as Machine Learning). Our offer is constantly expanding and we have various formats to which we also invite external experts, speakers and guests.

We have a wage and salary system that applies to everyone. This is structured in levels and each level has certain prerequisites and a defined salary.
