Support & further development of a payroll accounting system
131/5000 Our customer is an international automotive group that handles its payroll accounting across Europe with PeopleSoft from Oracle. A total of over 50,000 people in 8 countries are employed by the customer.
We had already been able to adapt and introduce the system. The project had taken several years and we were busy with it every day with a larger team. The system was then released in 2017 and since then we have been developing it further and supporting its operation.
The team consists exclusively of specialists for the system. Comprehensive reports are created on a monthly basis that shows the scope and characteristics of the work that has been carried out but also allow trends to be identified at an early stage.
Among other things, we are also working on further automation. Many parts of the service are already mapped automatically.
Recently we reached a major milestone when we switched the project to our Agile Service Management. This change also means faster adaptability and thus greater effectiveness for our customers.
