B2B Sales app
We have been developing and maintaining an interactive product catalog for B2B sales for a pharmaceutical company since 2011. Originally programmed monolithically in objectiveC for iOS, today we have a modern and lightweight framework that was developed in Swift and uses JSON files to control the processes. We are developing the app for use in Germany, Austria and Switzerland with up to five releases per country per year, in the case of Switzerland not only in German but also in Italian and French.
The customer’s requirements are clearly defined, it is important to provide the sales representative with an instrument that extends the possibilities of a classic catalog and a classic presentation with interactive elements. The range here extends from integrated videos to animation and simulation to interaction. For this purpose, the framework is regularly enhanced with functions to enable the customer to implement the ideas. A further requirement is the individualization of the stored offers and promotions by the user. From simple quantities to complex packages and dependencies, these should be stored quickly and easily before the deadline. The presentation adapts automatically and shows the audience exactly the information that has been prepared especially for them.
