IT management for a research center

Over 250 developers work on new technologies at the research center. We have been supporting the innovation center for more than 17 years.

Among other things, topics such as servers, workstations, backup, video conference systems, control of laboratories, and experiment rooms are covered. From simple user support to complex renewals of all systems or massive extensions … rising systems accompanies the customer through all projects in a spirit of partnership.

The services are covered by a Service Level Agreement (SLA). As a rule, two consultants are on-site at the customer’s site, but more people can be deployed at peaks. In this way, the customer can always be sure that his IT operations are running smoothly.
